About this Learning Opportunity
Program a rover to explore the surface of Mars with the Programmable Rover Gizmo. Participants will explore basic block coding starting with simple programs using tiles to move the rover forward or backward, make turns, and jump to collect rock samples. Teachers will gain hands-on experience with using the Gizmo and supporting lesson materials. This interactive session will introduce educators to Gizmos resources and provide guidance on planning engaging and effective lessons for their students.
