About this Learning Opportunity

Calling all Physical Education and Wellness Educators!

Monthly Collaborative Community Call: Focus on Curriculum Overview and Supporting Resources

  1. This is for elementary generalists, specialists, area specialists, administrators, provincial leaders in Physical Education, and anyone interested in the subject matter.
  2. This series of monthly sessions will start with a 60-minute overview (Curriculum 101) of the new curriculum. This will include a tour of the resources that were created in 2024 (video and documents) to support the implementation of the program.
  3. The back half of the session will introduce the Collaborative Community and the facilitated open forum to look at what worked last year, what didn’t, and what areas in which teachers/leaders would
like further support/resources for future sessions. And as always, lots of time for questions and idea sharing.
