About this Learning Opportunity

When your favorite day of the week is Friday after 3 and your least favorite day of the week is Monday morning, there may be something to talk about. It's not that Fridays aren't great and Monday's aren’t tiring, it's that your resiliency bucket may need some holes filled. You may be in need of some skills to help you make it through the rest of the year! This session has you covered. You have it in you to find the oomph to love (or at least tolerate) Mondays again! This session will give you some practical ideas that are easy to learn, will affect all aspects of your life and will brighten every day of the week.

Kelly Maxwell

Kelly Maxwell has a Bachelor’s and Master’s of Education from the University of Alberta and has been an elementary school teacher for 32 years. She has also completed training in the teaching of Dialectical Behavior Therapy or DBT Skills.
