About this Learning Opportunity

You have your favourites, but are you looking for new mentor texts to use with students? Karen has done the research for you! She will share quality literature that you can use in your classroom as mentor texts, specifically outlining how they will fit into the Organizing Ideas within the new ELAL curriculum. The books shared will include many Canadian selections, as well as diverse, inclusive options ensuring that all students see themselves reflected in the books we read.
