Cancellation / Refund Policy

Cancellation can be requested by email to info@erlc.ca.

Cancellations received 7 days prior to the session start date will be given a registration fee refund minus the administrative fee of $25.00 (if applicable).

Cancellations received within the 7 days of the session start date will not be refunded.

Substitutions may be made at any time. If you are unable to attend, you can send someone in your place by contacting info@erlc.ca.

If you do not cancel and/or do not attend, refunds will not be issued.

ERLC reserves the right to cancel programs if minimum numbers are not met. Registration fees will be refunded in full.

FOIP Policy

The personal information collected through this registration is authorized under the provisions of the Education Act and its regulations and also under Section 33(c) of the FOIP Act. As such, I agree that my name, image, writings and material may be included in a closed list as compiled by ERLC for planning, programming and archiving purposes.
