FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

Please contact us if you have a question that are not addressed below.

Anyone with an interest in adult learning for students’ sake can attend a learning opportunity. Teachers, Educational Assistants, Student Teachers, Pre-service Teachers, Administrators, Administrative Staff, Parents, Students, and Community Members can register for most learning opportunities. Please note that some opportunities will be for specific audiences and may have pre-requisites.

Substitutions may be made at any time. If you are unable to attend, you can send someone in your place by contacting info@erlc.ca.

Please send an email with details of your request to info@erlc.ca. All requests will be answered within 5 days of receipt.

Webinar information is sent out upon receipt of a paid registration. You will receive an email of your Registration Confirmation and Payment Receipt that contains the webinar information. As well, a reminder email with the webinar information is sent via email one day prior to the session date.
